Lots of options to pick from. Their taco salad is great, but my absolute favorite is the bootheel quesadilla with the corn side. Super yummy. Good service and friendly staff.
Delicious! Baja salad was amazing and there's a wide selection of tacos so there's something for everyone. Can't wait to go back and try more menu items. The staff is courteous as well.
Love this place in my home town. Very friendly staff. Tacos are really good. My wife really liked the fried avocado taco. And the queso was some of the best we've had anywhere. Only minor slight is the beer selection is not very extensive. Other than that, great place
Fuel was an awesome experience. I had the burger, one of the best I've ever had. The owner conversated with me for a bit; the server was top-notch. Definately recommend and will be visiting again.

Dined in with my husband. We elected outside seating and it was nice. Everything was great and tasty. Very kind and accommodating staff. We were frequently checked on to see if we needed anything. We didn’t wait but a few minutes to be seated.
After 7 months of living in Jackson this is probably the best meal I've had. We ordered the Fuel Club loaded fries and are the best loaded fries we've had. I ordered the 3 taco combo, Nashville Fire Bird, Birria, and Bulgogi, each one more amazing than the last. I don't typically order dessert at restaurants but after the meal I'd just eaten I had to have some churros to go. I couldn't wait and as soon as I walked in the door I had to have a bite. Perfect blend of sweet and cinnamon, crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside. Service was great as well. Our server was very friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. I can't wait to come back soon.
